Policies

• Refunds are issued for all items returned in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.
• Refunds will be given in the original form of payment.
• Currently. shipping is FREE.
• Refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.

How to Return an Item

• Please repack the item you wish to return in its original packaging, ensuring that all original tags remain attached.
• The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. If our prepaid return label is used, a fee of $10-$15 will be deducted from your refund. Email us for a prepaid return label.
• Alternatively, you may choose to return the item using any trackable shipping method of your choice.

Final Sale Items

• "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

How to Exchange an Item

• Please return the item you wish to exchange, and place a new order for the replacement item.

Incorrect Orders or Damaged Products

• If a product is shipped incorrectly or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can review the issue. We will either replace the item or accept a return and issue a full refund.

Gift Returns

• All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.

U.S. Territory Customers:

• Please return your order using an insured and trackable shipping method. If duties or taxes were applied to your original order, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact customs directly to request a refund for those charges.

International Customers:

• No international shipping outside the USA.
