How to Return an Item
Please repack the item you wish to return in its original packaging, ensuring that all original tags remain attached.
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. If our prepaid return label is used, a fee of $10-$15 will be deducted from your refund. Email us for a prepaid return label.
Alternatively, you may choose to return the item using any trackable shipping method of your choice.

International Customers:
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. We accept international returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, Duties and local taxes are non-refundable.
We do not offer international exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return, send the item back at your expense, and place a new order for the replacement item on our website. Applicable VAT, DUTIES, and SHIPPING fees will apply to the new order.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery and include photos of the product. Replacements cannot be issued if we are not notified within this timeframe.
